Our team has expertise in Auto CAD utilising the MPanel's - Mpanel Pro to assist in the design of tensile fabric structures.
Our cutting table utlises PatternSmith
software, providing
full pattern drafting,
editing, organization,
and nesting capabilities
with machine control
in one integrated
package.
Plotting and Cutting
Shade Smart utilises and Autometrix plotter cutter table provided by Ultracut Industries.
The Radium cutting table use integrated vacuum table, carbon fibre
gantry, and modular cutting head, as well as an intuitive touchscreen interface to
get fabric patters cut quickly and accurately. The wide gantery head of our plotter table allows us to cut fabric up to 3.8ms wide with ease.
Industrial Sewing
Our highly skilled and experience team have decades of experience in the tensile and marine fabrication Industries. Our aim is to use that knowledge and experience to make sure your project is a success.
Shade Smart use high end German sewing machines from Durkopp Adler. These machines have many benefits that allow us to deliver products to you with speed and accuracy.
The large clearance long arm version 700 mm and 160 mm high facilitates the handling of large area workpieces.
The extremely high sewing foot lift up to 25 mm facilitates the feeding and removing of bulky workpieces
Robust thread trimmer guarantees a safe and clean cutting of extremely thick sewing threads
3XL bobbin for thread sizes up to Nm 8/3 max.
